Nonrefundable Fees
All application fees are nonrefundable. Application fees are
valid for six months from the original session. (Students postponing
attendance do not pay the application fee again if they apply again to
the same or similar programs within six months.)
Refunds
Please see the refund schedule below. Fees
paid by check or wire transfer are refunded with a check. Fees paid
by Visa or MasterCard are credited back to the card. Refunds take approximately
six to eight weeks to process. Students who apply through an agency
or representative are subject to the agency refund policy and will
receive any refund due to them through their agency, not from UCSB
Extension. If a student needs to withdraw from a program due to immigration
issues, the Program Fee will be fully refunded.

request, indicate the program, and provide a daytime phone number.
The written request must be faxed, e-mailed, or postmarked on the date
the student cancels.
